The story behind Whisky 11

Whisky 11 is an independent AI and software engineering studio founded by Ahmad Sharaf.

The name brings together two personal connections: a lifelong passion for aviation, inspired by the Taxiway Whisky / Runway 11 intersection, and a tribute to Whisky, a loyal Golden Retriever.

With a background in Mechatronics Engineering, specialising in Robotics and AI, Ahmad approaches software with the precision of aerospace engineering. From AI agents to full-stack systems, the focus is on dependable operation, clear recovery paths and a handover your team can confidently run.

When something breaks, we look beyond the immediate bug. We find its root cause and fix the other places it can occur.

We start with the workflow, prove it on the real system, and make sure your team can operate it.

Where are you based?

Egypt, working fully remotely with clients across the US, Europe and the GCC. GCC engagements are delivered through Force AI, Whisky 11’s regional operating company.

Can I see projects and code?

The work page has named projects, detailed case studies and live links where available. Ghost GCS, Whisky Claude, Whisky Wallpaper and Zero also have public GitHub repositories.

What does handover include?

The agreed delivery includes the documentation and operational setup your team needs to use the system. Ownership, hosting, training and ongoing support are defined in the project scope.

How are scope and price decided?

We start with the recurring problem, the people involved and the systems you already use. Scope and a quote follow that conversation; there is no one-size-fits-all package.
