What was built
- Storefront, admin and an orders app for every merchant, on one codebase, with five themes
- Four Kuwaiti payment providers: Tap, MyFatoorah, Hesabe and UPayments
- Ordering inside WhatsApp, handed to checkout as a short-lived signed token
- AI that understands intent, voice notes and product photos, and writes bilingual product copy
- Abandoned-cart recovery, Excel exports, newsletters and affiliates
